Carm has been playing guitar for 20 years. His formal training includes exposure to jazz, classical and rock guitar. Carm's legato-style playing draws from and is influenced by contemporary players such as George Lynch and John Petrucci. In addition to numerous performances with a number of established bands, Carm is an accomplished songwriter. In 1995 he released an all original 10 song CD entitled, "Obsession". Currently, Carm spends his time writing songs, playing guitar and adding axes to his formidable collection.
